Bookings & payments:

1. Bookings are made though www.unleashed-dover.co.uk only

2. At least 24 hours notice is required if a cancellation and refund is needed or to move a slot

3. Booking does not allow access to any other part of the property

4. The booking is personal to the hirer and may not be transferred or sub-let

5. You must arrive & leave within your booked time to ensure no overlap with other users

6. We ask that you do not arrive early for your session but if this happens do not enter the field or parking area until your paid slot. Early entry will incur an additional charge

7. If for any reason the field has to be closed, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be given

8. Where there may be more than one owner in a booking, it is agreed that the person who makes the booking ensures that all attendees abide by the terms and conditions of the booking

Use of the field:

1. Use of the field is by appointment only

2.  Maximum of 2 cars per booking

3.  Maximum of 6 dogs per booking

4.  Use of the field is for dog exercise only

5.  Slots are 55 minutes long – please arrive & depart within this timeframe

6.  Choke chains, prong collars & electric collars are not permitted

7.  The field by nature can be uneven with undulations/animal holes so please wear suitable footwear

8.  Children must be supervised at all times and kept off equipment
    

Dog behaviour & control:

1.  Dogs must be supervised at all time and must not be left alone in the field

2.  You are responsible for the behaviour of your dog throughout the duration of your booking

3.  Do not allow your dog to dig in the field

4.  Do not allow your dog to damage any of the property

5.  All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations & wormed. If your dog has had vomiting or diarrhoea, you must leave 48 hours since the last bout before attending the field

6.  Equipment in the field is for dog use only; adults/children are not permitted to stand on or use any of the dog equipment or specific play areas

7.  Any damaged must be reported via info@unleashed-dover.co.uk

Owner responsibilities:

1. You must make sure you have full view of your dog and their activities throughout your slot to ensure their safety, the cleanliness of the field and to ensure equipment is not damaged in any way

2. All dog waste must be collected and disposed of in dog waste bin provided - persistent offenders will be banned

3.  All litter must be taken away with you, not put in the dog waste bin

4.  Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises
    

Access, security & safety:

1. There is a strict 10mph speed limit on the property

2.  Cars must be parked in the designated parking area and must not be left blocking the track or driven onto the field itself

3.  All dogs must be kept on a lead until inside the secure field with the gates closed

4.  The gate to the car parking area and the gate to the secure dog field itself must remain securely closed at all times once through

5.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have securely locked the field once you have left, even if you see someone waiting to enter the field after you
    

Liabilities & Disclaimer:

1. Unleashed Dover accepts no liability for loss or damage to persons, dogs or property resulting from the use of the equipment and facilities

2.  Unleashed Dover does not accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal items/belongings left unattended on the premises

3.  All vehicles and contents are left at owner's own risk

4.  Insurance responsibility lies with the dog owner

5.  By placing a booking, owners accept these terms & conditions

 Banned Breeds:​

In addition to the Unleashed Dover Terms & Conditions, you must agree and comply with the following if you wish to bring an XL Bully dog/banned breed:

1 - The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is emailed to us on info@unleashed-dover.co.uk 24 hours prior to your first visit

2 - A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is emailed to us on info@unleashed-dover.co.uk 24 hours prior to your first visit

3 - The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with the handler at all times, unless with other dogs from the same household

4 - The dog is Neutered - in line with Government Rules

5 - The dog is Micro-Chipped

6 - The field is private property with no public access passing through

7 - The field is securely fenced (gates securely closed once through) so the dog cannot escape

8 - The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut, when entering the field

9 - The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

10 - You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

11 - If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dog leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field, including the XL Bully

12 - If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler

1 - We take the security of the information you provide when you book with us very seriously

2 - We do not collect any personal information with the intention of selling or renting it to third parties

3 - The email address and contact phone number you provide when booking through this website are to enable us to contact you with confirmation  of your booking and remind you of the basic Terms & Conditions of the field and safety guidelines

4 - We may also need to contact you regarding any changes to your booking, our Terms & Conditions, refunds and general queries solely in relation to your booking with us

5 - We may also use our Facebook page to communicate with you and you have the right to unfollow us whenever you like​

6 - If you do not wish us to retain any personal information (email/contact number) or wish to know what information we hold, you must contact us by email on info@unleashed-dover.co.uk

7 - The information is stored electronically by the web host Wix and can only be viewed by the administrators​

8 - The website is fully encrypted to ensure maximum security, as you can see by the padlock symbol in front of the URL

9 - Payments are made securely through the Wix system

10 - We keep our privacy policy under regular review and update when needed
