1 Terms & Conditions:

• 1.1 - Maximum of 2 cars per booking

• 1.2 - Maximum of 6 dogs per booking

• 1.3 - Unleashed Dover accepts no liability for loss or damage to persons, dogs or property resulting from the use of the equipment and facilities.

• 1.4 - Owners are responsible for their dog's safety at all times

• 1.5 - At least 24 hours notice is required if a cancellation and refund is required

• 1.6 - Booking does not allow access to any other part of the property

• 1.7 - All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations & wormed. If your dog has had vomiting or diarrhoea, you must leave 48 hours since the last bout before attending the field. 

• 1.8 - All dogs must be kept on a lead until inside the secure field with the gates closed

• 1.9 - The gate to the car parking area and the gate to the secure dog field itself must remain securely closed at all times once through

• 1.10 - All litter must be taken away with you

• 1.11 - All dog waste must be collected and disposed of in dog waste bin provided - persistent offenders will be banned

• 1.12 - The field by nature can be uneven with undulations/animal holes so please wear suitable footwear

• 1.13 - You must arrive & leave within your booked time to ensure no overlap with other users

• 1.14 - You must remain within the field area with your dog in sight at all times. Please do not allow them to dig in the field.

• 1.15 - You are responsible for the behaviour of your dog throughout the duration of your booking

• 1.16 - Unleashed Dover does not accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal items/belongings left unattended on the premises

• 1.17 - All vehicles and contents are left at owner's own risk

• 1.18 - Use of the field is by appointment only

• 1.19 - You must adhere to the 10mph speed limit along the driveway to the field 

• 1.20 - Equipment in the field is for dog use only: you must not stand on or use any of the dog equipment or specific play areas eg: dog ramp

• 1.21 - Children must be supervised at all times and kept off equipment

• 1.22 - Use of the field is for dog exercise only 

• 1.23 - Do not allow your dog(s) to damage any of the property

• 1.24 - Damages must be reported to info@unleashed-dover.co.uk

• 1.25 - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises

• 1.26 - If for any reason the field has to be closed, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be given

• 1.27 - Where there may be more than one owner with the dogs in a booking, it is agreed that the person who makes the booking ensures that all attendees abide by the terms and conditions of the booking

• 1.28 - The booking is personal to the hirer and may not be transferred or sub-let

2 Banned Breeds:​

In addition to the Unleashed Dover Terms & Conditions, you must agree and comply with the following if you wish to bring an XL Bully dog/banned breed:

• 2.1 - The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is emailed to us on info@unleashed-dover.co.uk 24 hours prior to your first visit

• 2.2 - A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is emailed to us on info@unleashed-dover.co.uk 24 hours prior to your first visit

• 2.3 - The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with the handler at all times, unless with other dogs from the same household

• 2.4 - The dog is Neutered - in line with Government Rules

• 2.5 - The dog is Micro-Chipped

• 2.6 - The field is private property with no public access passing through

• 2.7 - The field is securely fenced (gates securely closed once through) so the dog cannot escape

• 2.8 - The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut, when entering the field

• 2.9 - The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field

• 2.10 - You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field

• 2.11 - If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dog leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field, including the XL Bully

• 2.12 - If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler

3 Privacy Policy:

• 3.1 - We take the security of the information you provide when you book with us very seriously

• 3.2 - We do not collect any personal information with the intention of selling or renting it to third parties

• 3.3 - The email address and contact phone number you provide when booking through this website are to enable us to contact you with confirmation of your booking and remind you of the basic Terms & Conditions of the field and safety guidelines

• 3.4 - We may also need to contact you regarding any changes to your booking, our Terms & Conditions, refunds and general queries solely in relation to your booking with us

• 3.5 - We may also use our Facebook page to communicate with you and you have the right to unfollow us whenever you like​

• 3.6 - If you do not wish us to retain any personal information (email/contact number) or wish to know what information we hold, you must contact us by email on info@unleashed-dover.co.uk

• 3.7 - The information is stored electronically by the web host Wix and can only be viewed by the administrators​

• 3.8 - The website is fully encrypted to ensure maximum security, as you can see by the padlock symbol in front of the URL

• 3.9 - Payments are made securely through the Wix system

• 3.10 - We keep our privacy policy under regular review and update when needed
